About me

I have been designing and developing (and sometimes still conducting!) ILT, vILT, and blended learning solutions for large public and private global technology companies for over two decades. I discovered my passion for systems training when I was hand-picked to become a trainer for a large-scale software rollout by a former employer. I have always loved helping people, explaining how things worked and clarifying processes. I found that I excelled at translating complex functionality and terminology into easily understood information for a diverse group of learners. I enjoy combining my course development skills, my extensive software training environment experience, and my platform delivery background to ensure successful, repeatable, and engaging training for learners.
